Most of the app is free. Two optional services are paid, each once per building per year: the fire safety tools and filing.

Fire safety tools
£49.99 including VAT
One payment per building per year. For small blocks of flats the government's guidance covers.
- Do the fire risk assessment yourself, using the government’s checklist
- Scheduled reviews and reassessments
- Checks and tests for fire doors and equipment, with reminders
- An action plan that follows up what needs fixing
Larger or older buildings need a professional fire risk assessor. You can still record their report here for free.
Annual filing
£99 including VAT
One payment per building per financial year.
Typically a fraction of what an accountant charges for the same filings.
- Micro-entity accounts for Companies House
- Company tax return for HMRC, with the tax computation
- Free resubmission if either is rejected
You can keep your books here and file some other way, for example through an accountant. If your building’s accounts are simple and fit our standard model, filing here can save you the cost of an accountant.
There are no subscriptions. Filing directly from the app is being rolled out, and you won’t be charged for it until it is available to you.
